We craft innovative, wholesome beer that celebrates diversity and delivers every style in its purest form. We find inspiration in the lager and ale styles of the world and offer an ever-rotating lineup for all to enjoy.
rooted in the hearth
In 2004, American Flatbread Burlington Hearth became the first taproom to offer a larger selection of beers from the UK, Europe, and beyond. Soon after, house-brewed beer (as Zero Gravity Craft Brewery) was added to the menu.
In 2026, the brewery inside the historic apothecary building at 115 Saint Paul St. was dubbed Mothership Brewery.
To this day, Mothership and Flatbread Burlington share a core belief that great beer and food bring people together, and should be celebrated by all.
